|Over the past few days, my inbox has been flooded with questions about coconut oil. Last week, in USA Today, an article came out stating that coconut oil was no longer healthy for you. As many of you know, I am a huge advocate of consuming healthy fats like coconut oil, avocados and olives every single day. I wanted to dissect this whole coconut conundrum for you today to lessen the confusion that is out there right now.
As you may have guessed, I’m definitely not buying news that was put out in last weeks USA Today.
Did they actually have any new evidence?
