Paleo-Power Lunch – Zucchini Noodles

2 cups of zucchini noodles
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
Tablespoon of coconut oil
1/2 cup frozen peas
Tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of coconut aminos
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Heat up skillet on stove top
Add coconut oil and Peas and let cook for 1-2 minutes
Add Zucchini noodles and red onion – stir and cook for another 2 minutes
Add coconut aminos and stir/cook for another 2 minutes
Take off heat and cilantro and drizzle with olive oil
Salt, pepper and lime to taste
