Chocolate Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
*1 Cup Almond Butter
*1 Organic Banana
*1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
*2 Eggs
*1/4 cup Organic Honey
*1-Tablespoon Cinnamon
*3 Tablespoons Coconut flour
*1/2 teaspoon baking powder
*1/2 teaspoon baking soda
*Dash of Himalayan sea salt
*1 Cup of organic (soy free) chocolate chips

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Add almond butter, banana, honey, eggs, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a food processor or vitamix and puree all ingredients together until smooth.

Place the puree in loaf pan and spread evenly. Top with chocolate chips.

Place pan in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or “toothpick test” the center of the bread. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
