Organic-Free Range Buffalo Chili in the CrockPot

This is one of my favorites during the fall for a Saturday or Sunday football game!!  Enjoy!


2 lbs of organic buffalo meat
1 Poblano Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Jalapeno Pepper
2 cans of organic Roasted tomatoes
10-12 Cherry Tomatoes
2 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Red onion
1/2 cup chopped scallions
6 organic fingerling potatoes
2 Tablespoons turmeric
4 Tablespoons cumin powder
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 cup filtered water

Dice up peppers, garlic, onion and scallions.
Add all ingredients but scallions to Crockpot, and turn on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve in bowl, add salt/pepper to taste, add scallions on top and dig in.
