Sauteed Brussels Sprouts and Onions


3 Cups of chopped brussel sprouts

1/2 chopped red onion

2 Tbs Coconut oil

1 Tbs Grass-fed butter

Balsamic vinegar.



Sautee  onions and brussel sprouts in a stainless steel skillet with the coconut oil until soft.

Turn off heat and add butter and balsamic vinegar.  Mix together and enjoy.
