Not getting results with the Paleo Diet?
I get a lot of comments such as, “I tried the paleo diet but still didn’t feel any different” or “I didn’t lose much weight once I started the Paleo diet.” This is because if you only do the diet part of the Paleo Lifestyle, you are missing out on so much! The Paleolithic people left us so many clues on how to be thin, healthy and happy. What they ate was just one aspect of their life. What about how they exercised, their relationships, their movement patterns, their sleep patterns, etc. What about vitamins and supplements?

You see, I have been studying the Paleolithic people for awhile now. They were much different than how we live today in 2015. In fact all the food additives, toxins, radiation, cleaning products, bathroom products, plastics, fast-foods, etc weren’t even around during the Paleolithic period. These people didn’t have to deal with all the toxic exposure that we are most likely encountering today. They ate clean food day in and day out. Of course they didn’t have all the amenities that we have today, but there is a healthy balance that we can achieve even in today’s fast paced lifestyle.

It is that balance that I strive for with my family and this is the sole reason I came up with the Paleo Lifestyle 8 week Boot Camp.
