As a functional medicine doctor and chiropractor in private practice over the past 12 years, I have studied and researched these clues that our Paleolithic ancestors left for us. When I started to implementing these clues with my patients in private practice, we had astounding results. Everything from chronic-lifelong migraines, heart disease, diabetes, different arthritic conditions and even cancer had been reversed by our Paleo Lifestyle teachings and way of life.
